However, third-party payment processors (including GCash and banks) may apply their own transaction charges which are outside the control of luckyplay.ph. luckyplay.ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon closure of an account in good standing (i.e., where the closure is not the result of a policy violation), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements.
Where an account is closed due to a policy violation, luckyplay.ph reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation, and to offset any balance against damages or costs incurred by the platform as a result of the player's conduct.

In the event of a dispute between you and luckyplay.ph, you are encouraged to contact the platform's support team in the first instance to seek informal resolution. luckyplay.ph commits to responding to player complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures applicable to PAGCOR-licensed online gaming operators. You may also seek recourse through the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
